Batch mixer for the production of chemical products, food, building materials, plastics, animal feed, etc., max. batch volume: 2,000 l., product-contacting parts made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304), 30 kW mixer drive (with external fan), equipped with two cutting rotors (18.5 kW each), two liquid lances for direct injection onto the cutting rotors, and pneumatic helix cleaning. Discharging via a pneumatically operated bottom flap.
The scope of delivery also includes: Control cabinet with frequency inverter for the mixing helix (0.25 to 2.8 m/s peripheral speed), weighing frame with four load cells, and four measuring instruments. Machine feet for raising the mixer body, jet-cleaned cartridge filter with 4 m² filtering surface and 3 kW blower (ATEX, 2,580 m³/h air throughput), silencer, water dosing unit, and technical documentation.

Matching frame for filling the mixer with big bags. Includes steel construction, electric chain hoist from ABUS (hook travel 7,000 mm; load capacity 500 kg), big bag load beam with loop holder and stainless steel clamping device for the big bag outlet above the mixer inlet. Structural analysis available.
