Ultra fine grinding plant consisting of: Alpine 630 AFG fluidized-bed opposed jet mill with 315 ATP classifier (total flow: 885 dm³, 10 bar pressure surge resistant, foldable stainless steel classifier wheel), feed station, cyclone, two explosion-proof slide gates, control cabinet, and four product buckets.
Suitable for applications including ceramics, powder metallurgy, minerals, pigments, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and pesticides. Previous application: grinding toner (final fineness d97: 7-90 microns).
Available for an additional charge: Bühler PGFG 60/18 dust filter (39 m² filter area, pressure surge resistant).
Compressor provided by customer (required air flow: 2.000 m³/h at 3 bar).
