Optical sorting machine with material feed (via two stainless steel inlet hoppers and two electronically controlled vibrating chutes), material chute (made of specially coated aluminum), optical unit (four high-resolution monochrome cameras with 2,048 pixels each; integrated image processing with a resolution of 0.09 mm), and blow-out system (144 high-speed blow-out nozzles with 1,400 cycles per second).
The machine can be used, for example, to remove discolored particles or foreign bodies from a material stream. Throughput: 500 to 800 kg/h (for quartz sand 0.1 - 6.0 mm).
IP6X protection class for dust-tight operation; includes connection for external dust extraction.
Dimensions: 1.4 m wide x 1.8 m deep x 1.90 m high.
